The design thinking workshop was life-changing. Learning to manage my emotions helped me avoid arguments, especially with my brother, and now I always pause before reacting. The meditation session made me more aware of who I am and what I want to achieve, and the health session inspired me to cut back on junk food, even keeping a 'junk journal' to stay on track.

Being part of this community has been an incredible experience. This wasn’t just another course—it was a space where teenagers came together and connected. Starting my Sundays with these sessions was the best! Mitra, our mentor, wasn’t like others. He truly motivated us to be more open and active. Whether we shared something we’d accomplished, like reading a book or going swimming, he always encouraged us. This course helped me understand myself better, especially regarding emotions. I’ve learned to question why I feel a certain way, which has helped me get to the root of many things. Thanks to a session inspired by the Bhagavad Gita, I also started being more mindful of my diet, and my days have become way more productive.

I recently attended a design thinking workshop inspired by the Bhagavad Gita. It was one of the best workshops I’ve ever attended! We covered so much, from managing emotions to building vision charts and staying focused on our goals—taking just one step daily. Our mentor understood teenage life and made everything engaging, even using verses from the Bhagavad Gita to explain things. We bonded very quickly as a group, and I feel healthier, more motivated, and more confident about the future. I’m genuinely becoming a better version of myself.

Right from the first session, it broke all my assumptions. I assumed it would be a boring session with an old teacher forcing us to learn things. But this workshop was about how to use its lessons in real life. The best part? Everyone, including the mentor, was a teenager, so we could really relate to each other! I honestly can’t pick just one favourite part of the workshop because everything was so good. But if I had to choose, the sessions on relationships were really the best.

As a young adult, these sessions really boosted my energy levels. Being surrounded by teens motivated me, making me believe that if they could do it, so could I. Their enthusiasm pushed me to work harder, especially when they started looking up to me, making me feel responsible to set a good example for the next generation. The teen-focused nature of the sessions also made me reflect on my own teenage years, validating many of my past actions and decisions. Having just left my teens, I now feel a sense of clarity about how I should conduct myself in the coming years. I enjoy leaning Design Thinking with how Mitra guided us in proper decision-making. Over the course of the 9 weeks, these sessions have been an incredible experience, and I'm immensely grateful to be part of this wonderful community. The inspiring teens around me continually push me to achieve my best.

Teenage life is full of tough roads, so sometimes it is di icult to go through them, and I’m grateful to have a mentor like you who was always there to help me and clear all my doubts ( sorry if I had bored you while asking questions) Presentation style, doubt discussion, and real-life information made these 9 weeks the most memorable weeks in my life... at first I thought it would be a boring course..it's gonna be teaching and I would not enjoy it ( I even got angry on my mom for getting me enrolled) but trust me it was completely opposite... These sessions changed my view of the world, and I really made better decisions. As a teen, deciding what's best for me is really tough. Before, I couldn't choose between junk and healthy, but now I am on a no ca eine and no sugar diet. I eat three meals a day and exercise every day. I also read books, think more before talking, and know my emotions. Even adults sometimes don't understand their emotions and lose their temper, but as a teen, I can understand my emotions better because of these sessions. I am looking forward to more sessions like this by Mitra.
